Campfire × Healthee

More content. Better quality.

A 4-month partnership to raise Healthee's content quality and build the AI-first content factory that scales it.

Where we are

Healthee today

  • Content production is challenged by context-switching and limited resources. The result is sub-par content that doesn't serve your audiences.
  • Raquel is stuck editing and fixing lower-quality work instead of doing the strategic, high-impact creative projects only she can drive.
  • Healthee's own positioning gets lost in the content: people mistake it for a one-time plan-picker instead of the year-round support tool it actually is.

Campfire's approach

  • We improve the writing standard by building a standards framework, templates, and in-depth feedback.
  • "Built with you" automation to create a Claude-based content factory. Together, we'll automate the funnel while maintaining Healthee's quality standard.
  • Build a comprehensive strategy that covers content production for sales enablement, marketing for buyers, and marketing for the end users.

The program

We're running these tracks in parallel, though Track 1 starts first since it produces the standard Track 2 gets built on.

Track 1

Content production

Steps
  1. We download your brain. We'll review all of your existing work and have structured working sessions with you (and the team) to get inside knowledge of the business, the product, and each ICP.
  2. Build standards and templates. We turn everything from the brain download into templates for high-volume formats, plus a style and quality guide.
  3. Build the calendar. We'll review and revamp Healthee's content calendar to match business needs, at a pace that still hits the quality bar.
  4. Content production. Campfire gives in-depth editing and copy feedback, including a weekly review session, so every piece that goes out is high quality, and Healthee's team builds the skill to hit that bar on their own.
Deliverables
  • Templates for high-volume formats, plus a style and quality guide
  • A revamped content calendar built for business needs and the new quality pace
  • Asynchronous editing and feedback within 24 hours on all pieces, and a weekly editing and review session to build the team's own skill and track progress
  • TBD pieces of published content per month at the new quality standard
Track 2

AI-first content factory

Steps
  1. Map the funnel and formats. We'll map the entire Healthee content funnel and define what stages will be automated, and what output formats we'll support.
  2. Build the agents on real, approved work. Campfire builds the Claude-based workflows against the voice guide and calendar coming out of Track 1, so the system executes on Healthee's actual content plans and standards.
  3. Deploy it on real assets. We'll deploy agents into the production of content (Track 1) as we build them. We'll start with newsletters and one-pagers, and scale from there. As we deploy, we'll start to scale down our involvement in Track 1, and coach the team from the sidelines.
  4. Handoff and playbook. We'll finalize full documentation to get the most out of the Claude workflows: how to write a brief, how to adjust it, what to check before hitting publish.
Deliverables
  • A working set of Claude-based tools for standardized assets
  • Content format outputs structured for AI and search visibility
  • An operating playbook Healthee's team can run independently
  • Training and coaching so the team is confident running the system

How we'd like to start

We're proposing this as a 4-month engagement.

Month 1: Track 1 only. Brain download sessions, the standards and templates docs, and a rebuilt calendar. The goal is getting Healthee's content to a high bar before we start automating anything.

Months 2-3: both tracks run together. Track 1 keeps producing and editing against the new standard while Track 2 maps the funnel and builds the first agents based on standard-approved work.

Month 4: Track 1 winds down. By then, content will be at a much higher level, template use smoother, and Claude already doing a lot of the work. We focus on finishing deployment and documentation for the team.
